Your First Dental Visit
Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form.
For your convenience, you can also print and fill out our New Patient Form to bring to your appointment.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will begin by reviewing your medical and dental history and completing a dental exam. Your exam will include an examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any required X-rays.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.
Insurance & Payment Options
We'll help you navigate our options for payment and insurance claims so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.
Insurance Claims
We are happy to submit claims on your behalf, however keep in mind that we are a third party to insurance and therefore not privy to the specific details and limitations of your plan. To avoid surprises we encourage patients to familiarize themselves with their own insurance plan prior to their dental appointments. We will do our best to provide estimates and assist patients with insurance information when possible, however if for any reason your plan does not cover any costs related to your appointment you are fully responsible to pay the balances.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit, and most major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
